Help! I need to add more to this paragraph

This is what I got- To start of, teens shouldn’t be allowed to play dangerous sports because teens are more prone to injuries that could effect them to rest of there life

Science shows that our brains typically don't fully developed until the age of 25. This means that if a teen suffers from a brain injury, it could change how they make decisions in their adult years. If it is severe, it could even affect how they function. If a teen suffers from another type of injury that takes a while to heal, and they are told that they can't play that sport anymore, it will most likely cause their self esteem to plummet and is often linked to higher suiscide rates.
