Answer: 78.5

Explanation:

Formula: A=pi*r^2 or Area = 3.14*radius squared (by two)

A = 3.14*10^2

A = 3.14*100

A = 314

Divide it by 4, because it's a quarter of the circle: A = 314/4

A = 78.5
