Answer: 36

Explanation:

Distamce from (6, 8) to (-3, 8) is 9.

Distance from (-3, 8) to (6, -4) is
\sqrt{(-3-6)^(2)+(8-(-4))^(2)}=15

Distance from (6, 8) to (6, -4) is 12.

So P = 9 + 15 + 12 = 36.
