The outer boundary of animal cell is cell membrane whereas the outer boundary of plant cell is cell wall. The plant cell has chloroplast due to its function of making their own food with the help of sunlight so that's why it is not present in animal cell which can't make their own food. Plastid is also absent in animals cell and present in plant cell which is responsible for manufacturing and storing of food. Both plant cell and animal cell has vacuole but different in their size and location in the cell.
