sum = 180° × 4 = 720°

Sum the interior angles and equate to 720

x + 50 + 140 + 112 + x + x + 4 + 120 = 720, that is

3x + 426 = 720 ( subtract 426 from both sides )

3x = 294 ( divide both sides by 3 )

x = 98
