Answer: 30 meters

Explanation:

Volume of a cylinder = πr^2h

2,827.43 = πr^2(4)

2,827.43 = 3.14(4)r^2

2,827.43 = 12.56*r^2

2,827.43/12.56 = (12.56*r^2)/12.56

225.11 = r^2, find square root of both sides

r = 15

diameter = 30
