3 degrees below Zero = less than 0 = - 3

6 degrees above Zero = greater Than 0 = + 6

2 3/4 degree below Zero = less than 0 = - 2 3/4

-3 ; - 2 3/4 ; + 5 ; + 6

Explanation:
