Ever heard of KCF?

(Keep Change Flip)

Keep 7, change dividing to multiplying, and change 3/4 to 4/3.

7 x (4/3)

7x4=28

28

3

7÷3/4 = 9.3 (It's a repeating decimal, so put a vinculum over the 3)
