There are lots of situations that can occur. One is sexual harassment which is prevalent in many work spaces. Another is revealing information that might not want to be shown. There is a show on a radio station where people can call in and ask first dates why they didn't call or see if a person is cheating which poses a moral problem in terms of privacy.
