The way you can do this is Pythagorean theorem. Since the hypotenuse has to be the highest part. So you would do 14^2 + 18^ = c^2 and then do that and you get 196 + 324 which is equal to 520 so then get the square root of that which is 22.8, but it says largest possible whole number length so you would put 22.
