To answer this you must split the shape into 2 other shapes at least this how I do it

First do the square 6x6=36
Then do the 2 triangles
3x10=30
(Normally you would divide the answer by 2 since a triangle is half of a square but since there is another triangle this is not needed)
After that add the area of the square to the area of the 2 triangles and your answer is 66
