35-2x=12 solve for x and you get 11.5
So when solving for x you put 2x on the other side so 35-2x but add 2x for the other side to be 35=12+2x and then do -12 so you’ll have to do 35-12 which =23 than 2x/2 and 23/2 so x=11.5
