5. To determine the number of kids under the age of 5 in your neighborhood, you sit outside of

your apartment and count the number of kids under 5 that pass by between the hours of 7AM
and 8AM. Do you think this method will provide you with a representative random sample?

Explanation:

This is because kids under five will only leave the house if they are going to the park or doing something with there parents. They don't go to school either so they most likely won't leave during the hours of 7 AM and 8 AM.
