  2. Solve through Pythagorean theorem

Make it simple, go through second way

  • Base=18/2=9cm

\\ \rm\Rrightarrow h^2=225-81


\\ \rm\Rrightarrow h^2=144


\\ \rm\Rrightarrow h=12cm

Step-by-step explanation: V of prism = S of triangle*Height of prism

height of prism is 30

S of triangle = a/2*h( a =18 cm)

3240=30*(18/2)*h

h=3240/(9*30)=12
