x^2 + 16x - 15 = 0.

Explanation:

x^2 + 16x – 11 = 4 Subtract 4 from both sides:

x^2 + 16x - 15 = 0 is one equation with the same roots.

Also any equation which is a multiple of the above will have the same roots. For example if we multiply by 3:

3x^2 + 48x - 45 = 0.
