if the large circle is 4 times the small circle, that means it's radius is 16 which means the area is 804.24772

so if you divide the big circle area by the small circle area:

it gives you 16.00000079577 which is rounded to 16

therefore, the bigger circle is 16 times bigger than the smaller circle
