when someone's judgement or expectation of you is really high, you try your very best to meet that level and succeed in that, and when you fall short you feel like you are not good enough sometimes, or that you don't value yourself.

When u try to be productive, sometimes it can be overwhelming, and this makes u feel drained and procrastinate, thus you get even less work done in some cases.

In conclusion, society's image of you plays a big role in your health, physically and mentally
