We all make mistakes. We have all been wrote done wrong and acted wrong. I disagree with the statement that a student should be permanently excluded. Some things are bigger than others if you stole a pencil that would obviously not count but if you stole a book or a phone that would. sometimes kids steal out of desperation although not often but it still occurs once in a while.
