For the first one

Ask if the mom is willing to come back for you because the safest thing would be to call for a ride then going alone at night. Your avoiding danger by getting a ride from your friend. You’d make sure you tell them that your mom told you late minute she had to go to work.

For the second one

Always do what you dad said so call him even though the brother said he would take you. Or you can calm your dad and ask to make sure it’s okay first before going.

Answer:

risk factor: Getting hit by a car, or getting kidnapped

Possible outcome: The possible out come to this situation is you could get hit by a car, and be seriously damaged.

I would respond by not walking home. I would call my friends parents and see if they can come take me home, or I would call a taxi to come get me. If all of those plans fail I would call a family member to come get me.
