Answer:

(-2,2)

Explanation:

Substitute answer for y in first equation (y=x + 4) into y of second equation

x+4=-2x-2

3x=-6

x=-2

put value of x (-2) into either equation to solve for y

y=x+4

y=-2+4

y=2

or y=-2x-2

y=-2(-2)-2

y=4-2

y=2
