Therefore, ∆BAC is a right triangle if it satisfy the pythagorean triple rule which says that c² = b² + a²

Where,

c = the hypotenuse = 30

b = 24

a = 2(9) = 18

Thus:

30² = 24² + 9²

900 = 900 (this is true)

Therefore, line AB is tangent to circle O.

The answer is YES
