Well first lets start with the x intercepts which are -1 and negative 5 so the equation must be either -0.2(x+1)(x+5) or .2(x+1)(x+5)

Notice how the graph is going upwards this means the number in front of the equation -.2 or .2 must be positive making .2(x+1)(x+5) this is because if .2 was negative the graph would be going downwards
