14. 58 degrees

16. 11 degrees

Explanation:

14. The sum of all 3 interior angles of a triangle is 180. We know right angles are 90 degrees. So 180 - 90 - 32 = 58 degrees

16. When two parallel lines are cut by a transversal, the corresponding angles have the same measure. So the angle above angle a has the same measure as the 169 degree angle in the same position on the other line. I hope those words make sense. Then angle a and the angle above it (which we know = 169 degrees) combine to make a straight line/straight angle, which = 180 degrees. 180- 169 = 11
