3:8=11 for the y component

6:16=22 for the x component

so subtract 3 from the B point for the y or add 3 to the A point , either works here, Let's go from B so y = 10 (7+3) and x = 1 (7-6)

So a point at (1,10) will be on the line and at a ratio of 3:8 :)
