There are bodies and authorities that cater to people in each or all of the above categories.
According to the UN, for instance, there are 14 agencies that are committed to ending sexual violence. These bodies work hand in hand with security authorities to ensure that offenders are brought to book.
Information about these organizations exist. However, if the underprivileged (such as those who don't have a mobile phone, lack access to the internet, or cable T.V.) can't access it, then it is possible for them to remain in the dark with regards to the opportunities and solutions available to them.
