Answer:

  • always start off with exponents. a number^2 means a number times itself.
  • Next, multiply the previous number by 3.
  • Now, add the product of the previous equation, and the sum of 3 times x.
  • Next, find the value of 4 times x, and subtract it from the products of the previous two numbers.
  • Now that we have the values of these 3 numbers, multiplied, added, and subtracted, add 5 onto the current value.
  • Finally, subtract the value of all the previous numbers by 1.
