We can see that the angle at the vertex E was bisected to give two different but equal angles

Thus, we have it that;

2x + 7 = 4x-3

4x-2x = 7+ 3

2x = 10

x = 10/2

x = 5

so m<2 = 4(5) -3 = 20-3 = 17 degrees
