Dear Trainer,
I would like to ask for your forgiveness for not attending the classes for a month well the valid reason for it is that I have been busy with my academics and sadly didn’t have time for the classes. You see, I have been failing my classes and I needed to pass this term/exam to graduate and whenever I had the chance to tell you you always put me down and never listened to me. So you see the reason why I had not been attending your classes for a month is because I have been failing my classes and I had to pass this exam to graduate.
