Answer: Carat

Explanation:

It is given that 1 atomic unit is equivalent to

8.3* 10^(-24)\ \text{carat} and
1.66* 10^(-21)\ mg

Express carat and milligram in the atomic mass unit, that is

1\ \text{amu}\equiv 8.3* 10^(-24)\ \text{carat}\\1\ \text{carat}\equiv (1)/(8.3* 10^(-24))=1.204* 10^(23)\ amu

For milligram

1\ \text{amu}\equiv 1.66* 10^(-21)\ mg\\1\ mg\equiv (1)/(1.66* 10^(-21))=6.02* 10^(20)\ \text{amu}

clearly, carat is greater than milligram
