Health Dimension Goal Setting
Specifically, you are to recall and list the five dimensions of health from the beginning of the course and tie in the information you learned over the past lessons and set goals in each dimension. The goals can be things you already do in that dimension (you must describe specifically what you do) or goals you want to reach (again, describe what you will do to reach the wellness goal in that dimension). These goals should be for now, but you should aim to
continue doing them in the future.
