Florencia en el Amazonas (ópera)

In this musical they had opera character who came from soprano, mezzo-soprano, tenor, baritone, and bass vocal backgrounds. The story is based around Florencia Grimaldi who came back to her home town in Act 1 to perform at an opera house to try and impress her lover a butterfly hunter who has dissappeared into the woods. But they end up getting on a boat and crashing during a storm. In act 2 they recover from the storm, they make it to Manaus but an outbreak of cholera keeps them quarantined on the ship. I wasn't able to find any imformational or good videos on the opera but from the pictures it seemed well put together and intresting to watch. I have been to many live performances like musicals and plays and concerts so I don't think that this would have been any different.
