If f(x) = k(x - 2)^2, where k is positive, what is the effect on the graph of f(x) as k increases

Answer:

The value of k determines where the parabola is on the y-axis. In other words, its "height". If k we're to be positive, the parabola would move to the positive side of y-axis, not negative.
