Re write the star spangled banner lyrics in a way that a child can understand

“Oh say can you see by the dawns early light?”

“what so proudly we hailed at the twilight’s last gleaming?”

“whose broad stripes and bright stars, thru the perilous fight.”

“O’er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?”

“And the rocket’s red glare, the bombs bursting in air,”

“Gave proof through the night, that our flag was still there.”

“Oh say does that star spangled banner yet wave.”

“O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave.”

a child should understand, there if no Justice, no peace. you should not be forced to stand for it, although it is respectful. a child should know that people faught for the flag but also understand they don't have to agree with them to know they still are good people. a child should know that racism exists and you should fight for you life to matter just like I do mine <3
