Answer:

The image attached is how to format a Punnett square. One parent's genes are at the top, and the other parent's genes are on the left side. Each square represents an equal 25% chance of what genes the offspring will have.

#3 should look like this:


\left[\begin{array}{ccc}&T&t\\t&Tt&tt\\t&Tt&tt\end{array}\right]

Hopefully now you can figure out the rest. If you need anymore help, ask :D
