Our slope is m= -1/3, and our y-intercept is b=5

y-intercept is at 5 so we know one point on the line (0,5)

m= -1/3, negative slope means our line will be going down from left to right

m= rise /run = -1/3, so from point (0,5) we go down 1 (rise=-1) and right 3 (run=3) to get to a new point on the line (3, 4)
