Part B: Numbers from -15 to 15 is thirty-one total numbers including zero, but zero is neither negative nor positive, so it doesn’t really count in this situation unless the instructions describe it as positive. Without the zero, it is thirty numbers in total, with half of them being negative, and half of them being positive, which can also be said as 50%. You can find this answer by dividing 15 by 30, which is 1/2, or 50%.
