Answer: 3x^2-22x+7
First you need to take the opposite of the both values of x and turn it into (x-1/3)(x-7). Then multiply it out. It will give you x^2 -7x-1/3x +7/3.
Simplify:
x^2-22/3x+7/3
then multiply by 3 to get rid of fractions
3x^2-22x+7
