In what way, If any, Is customer satisfaction related to comments?

Customer satisfaction is not related to either positive or negative comments posted online,
When customers express positive feedback, they also tend to express negative feedback,
When customers feel that their opinion counts, they are less likely to post negative comments.
When customers are given a platform to express negative opinions, they feel these opinions more strongly,
