Well to start off you need to know how many ounces are in 1 cup.
1 cup = 8 ounces
Now with this information we can do simple division:
#1. 32
32/8 = 4
4 cups ——————————
#2. 64 oz
64/8 = 8
8 cups ——————————
#3. 48 oz
48/8 = 6
6 cups ——————————
