Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Definetly truth, lying is bad for both, the person you lie to and yourself. Finally almost all problems in our society would be solved just by telling the truth, and certainly most of them are caused by lying.

Lying can help in some situations, but in the long run it makes things worse. When we lie, we lie because of fear of the consequences of telling the truth. We lie when we are too weak to say the truth.

I’m “radically” pro truth, even if sometimes truth insults some people, it helps in the long run, like when someone asks: “Am I fat?” most people will say “No.” even if the person is obviously extremely fat, but how does that help that person in the long run?

When saying the truth is hard, simply force yourself to say it, you will get used to it, and it will make you feel free and happy with yourself (especially when it makes you confess a mistake that you made), just be careful how you say it.

I do lie sometimes of corse, I would be lying if I would say otherwise :)

But I only lie when I really feel that I, or the person I lie to, couldn’t handle the truth, when that happens I’m fully aware of it, and it makes me feel like a loser.

Only exception is when you must lie, to protect yourself, someone or something you love from a person or a group with questionable or obviously bad intentions, but here again the reason is fear, except in that case I personally find it absolutely reasonable.

By the way, how could anyone even consider the 2nd option from this question, it would really be a nightmare.
