\implies y = (2)/(3)x + 1

This equation is in slope intercept form . Now since this equation is in single system. Therefore it will have infinite number of solutions. The point through which it will pass on the Cartesian plane will be its solutions. Since options are not provided , so i am mentioning some coordinates which is the Solution .
