It has not helped them any, instead of people buying locally they buy more imported products which hurts small businesses. Today, we are trading more globally and are continuing to increase with Joe Biden and the Liberals and Democrats leading this country. More trade and production in our own country and being less relient on other countries (China) for our goods and products would help small businesses and would grow the US economy. That's what Donald Trump was doing. So to sum it up Globalism and to much foreign trade is bad for our country's economy and small businesses. Don't get me wrong, foreign trade is good but we shouldn't have to rely on other countries.
