An outlier is a point of data in a data set that is far out from the median in the data set. In this case, almost all of the data points are from 0 minutes of exercise to 60 minutes, except for two that are more than double that.

It could "skew" the data, as if you were to calculate the mean (average), it would be shifted slightly higher by these two outliers.
