m = slope and
b = the y-intercept.

So, we can tell that the slope is -
(1)/(5) and the y-intercept is (2,0).

We begin by plotting on the graph the y-intercept, (2,0).

The slope also equals the
(rise)/(run). The slope is negative, so the line will slope down. From the point we have plotted, we will rise negative 1 unit. This means to move down 1 unit. From this point, we will run 5 units. Because the line is negative, we will move 5 units to the left, not the right. We land on point (5,1).

Now, we will draw a line from these two points. This is the line shown in the equation.
