Find the solution to the following equations below and identify either one solution, no solution, or infinite solutions. Be able to explain your choice.
3(x+4)=3x+11
-2(x+3)=-2x-6
4(x-1) = 1/2(x-8)
3x-7=4+6 +4x

Answer:

3(x+4)=3x+11

3x + 12 = 3x + 11

3x + 1 = 3x

No solution

-2(x+3)=-2x-6

-2x - 6 = -2x - 6

x = x

Infinite solutions

4(x-1) = 1/2(x-8)

4x - 4 = 1/2x - 4

8x - 8 = x - 8

7x = 0

x = 0

One solution

3x-7=4+6 +4x

3x - 7 = 10 + 4x

x = -17
