Solve in parts:

  • -5r + 7 ≥ -7 - 6r ⇒ 6r - 5r ≥ -7 - 7 ⇒ r ≥ -14
  • -7 - 6r ≥ 4r + 3 ⇒ 4r + 6r ≤ -7 - 3 ⇒ 10r ≤ -10 ⇒ r ≤ -1

Combine into one:

  • -14 ≤ r ≤ -1

or

  • r = [-14, -1]
