What are some regional floral holidays?

What regional holidays are noted in San Diego County that might not be as specific to other areas of the country? Think demographics, cultural influences, religious influences, etc. Basically, if you had a flower shop in San Diego, what regional holidays would you need to gear up for, being in our city/ county?

A floral holidays/events I know about is Day of the Dead.

On Day of the Dead, people use beautiful flowers to create altars for their loved ones. If you have ever seen the movie Coco, you know what I'm talking about!

Many florists must prepare for this day by getting all the flowers people need to create stunning masterpieces for their loved ones!!
