If we round off this value to 2 decimal places then it is

0.03

Reason: after decimal point or before decimal point if you have to drop some digits and if the digit to be droped are 5 followed by non zero digit then previous digit is increased by 1.

Here, the digits to be droped are 5 and 4 after 0.02 so we increase 2 by 1 that is 3.
