(Step#1): Find the Perpendicular bisector of a line segment with endpoints

(Step#2): Find a Point on the perpendicular bisector
(Which is the midpoint of a given line segment)
Using the midpoint Formula which is:
(X3, Y3) = (X1 +X22, Y1 + Y22)
