y=-3x + 4

Slope intercept form is y=mx+b

m = slope

b = y-intercept

If you look on the graph, you can see that 4 is the point in which it is intercepted on the y-axis, so that is the y-intercept. This means that b is 4.

b=4

y=-3x+4
